Sales Executive

Site2 is a Information Technology (IT) services firm specializing in managed cybersecurity services. Site2 has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Executive (RSE) based out of the Clarks Summit, PA office but in a hybrid / telework model.

The RSE will represent Site2; will be the “face” of Site2 in the northeast region of the U.S. The RSE will be responsible for achieving sales goals to facilitate the company’s growth targets.

Position Responsibilities

  • Qualify opportunities to determine scope and technical requirements
  • Acquire new accounts through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Identify a client’s security needs to help develop solutions
  • Successfully demonstrate the value of our products and services
  • Work with internal team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customer
  • Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls
  • Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospect locations and partner sites
  • Handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences
  • Proactively communicating with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Perform other leadership related duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven 3+ years track record of selling managed IT and/or security solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Familiarity with the needs of highly regulated industries including Healthcare, Financial and Department of Defense.
  • Excellent communications skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced continuously innovating environment.
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization.

Infrastructure Engineer (Virtual Desktop/VMware Horizon)

Site2 is looking for a full-time Infrastructure Engineer to join our Systems Engineering Team.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Management and support of a multi-tenant VMware virtualization environment
  • Engage with appropriate vendors, clients and internal team members to evaluate, guide, and support the implementation of custom virtualization solutions
  • Ownership of the processes involving provisioning, rebuilding, and decommissioning virtual desktops
  • Support clients using virtual desktops and hosted applications services
  • Document standards, policies, and procedures involving the virtualization environment
  • Demonstrate management of change to the environment through planned implementations and minimal disruption
  • Other project related and/or BAU activities

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience supporting VMware and multi-tenant networks
  • Experience in Cisco, VMWare, Windows Server OS
  • Experience with firewalls, managed switches, VPNs, VLANs, etc.
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting complex network/firewall scenarios.
  • Experience with Cisco and VMWare a must. FortiGate a plus.
  • Knowledge in Linux OS is a plus.
  • Experience using an RMM tool. ConnectWise RMM experience is a plus but not required.
  • Document work in a timely and understandable manner.

  • IT Standards, Procedures & Policies – Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Planning: Tactical, Strategic – Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
  • Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

 

Working Conditions

  • Remote work using company issued computer
  • Hourly compensation paid semi-monthly, eligible for annual bonus.
  • Will work closely with mentors and senior analysts/engineers.
  • Paid holidays and Personal Time-Off (PTO) days each calendar year.
